Verification?

The Verification Process
Landlord Initiates
Your landlord fills out the tenant registration form and submits it to the nearest police station along with all required documents.
Document Submission
Both tenant and landlord documents are submitted together. The police station accepts the documents and issues a receipt.
Police Visit
A police officer may visit the property to verify the details provided in the application and confirm tenant identity.
Background Check
The police run a thorough background check through their criminal records database and NADRA systems.
Verification Certificate
